Building on a Solid Foundation
We can't build something great without a solid foundation; our leadership team continues to carry on their predecessors' knowledge, approach, and most importantly, their founding values of quality, consistency and transparency.
The late Ken Coleman established Compass in 1998 and what started as a small company operating out of his home, is now one of the most prominent general contractors in the Puget Sound. Upon Ken's retirement, the company's leadership continued with Dan Selin and Pete Anderson until their retirement in 2018.
