Tower Crane Erection

As mentioned in our blog update last week, the construction site, named Fireside Flats, located on 841 NE 68th Street, Seattle, WA 98115 will host a critical operation 1/20/21. A tower crane will be erected, starting at 5:30am (people arriving on site between 4:30am and 5:00am), and continuing until complete.

The entire length of the 68th NE between Roosevelt and 8th Street will be closed to through-traffic. Some adjacent areas will be locked with NO PARKING signs to grant access to the main semi-trucks carrying parts for the assembly. Access will be granted to those entering/exiting the garages at Eleanor and 68th, however, SIGNIFICANT DELAYS are possible (approx 20-30 minutes wait time).

Please plan to avoid such delays if they will affect your day.

There will be uniformed police offices at the intersection of Roosevelt Way & NE 68th Street to direct traffic.
