Getting ready for the Tower Crane!

The crane base section and embeds are here!

The steel reinforcement for crane footings, elevator pit and sand/oil separator were placed followed by concrete pouring. You may have noticed the concrete pump extending towards the middle of the site from 165th!

Looking ahead, we will be excavating for crane power lines and underground plumbing followed by cleaning and exporting dirt from the North-West corner. The concrete pouring for some rat slabs will be carried out as well.

The projects tower crane will be arriving on Monday(7/16). The installation process requires only two days; one for erection and the other for load testing. We will be providing traffic control updates in the next week.
