Tower Crane goes up on July 7th - Expect periodic street closures

Stream Dexios' tower crane will be erected on Saturday 7/7. The crew will be on site about 5 AM with crane delivery and installation to follow. Load testing will complete on Monday 7/9.

TRAFFIC: During the installation on 7/7, we will maintain one-lane traffic control with periodic street closures. There will be no parking 5 AM and 3 PM on Dexter between Galer St and Hayes St. The traffic control will be supplied by Seattle Tower Crane to ensure safe installation.

POWER: Seattle City Light installed breakers that will allow them to shut down power for a safe lift of the tower crane over the power lines. Minimal disruption to services is expected.

PROGRESS: Excavation is nearing completion with foundation footings in process. We will post updates regarding big concrete pours as we build our foundation.
