Underground Utility Work

There will be construction work being preformed starting April 23rd through approximately end of May, from our new construction site on 165th to the corner of 85th.

This work will require removal and replacement of the driveways for all apartment buildings affected. We will not completely block entrances at all times, however, during construction hours, one lane may only be accessible. From 7pm to 7am the driveways will be fully re-opened.
